DAY 2
Begin your grand tour of Greece with a guided tour of Athens. You will have an opportunity to observe the striking contrasts that make Athens such a fascinating city. See the centre of the city with the Constitution Square, the Parliament, the Memorial to the Unknown Soldier and the National Library. On your way to the Acropolis you will see the Panathenaic Stadium, where the first Olympic Games of the modern era were held in 1896, the Temple of Olympian Zeus and Hadrian's Arch. At the Acropolis you will visit the Museum and the architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and, finally, the Parthenon. Your evening will start in the old area Plaka, for dinner in typical Greek Tavern with bouzouki music and Greek Folk Dances .
DAY 3
Enjoy a full day tour to Delphi. Depart from Athens early in the morning, passing through the towns of Thebes, Levadia and Arachova. Delphi was known in ancient times as the 'navel of the world'. Pass by Castalia Spring, visit the archaeological site The Temple of Apollo and the Museum of Delphi, with it's spectacular finds, including the bronze Charioteer, the Naxian Sphinx, the Statue of Antinoos. After lunch return to Athens via the picturesque mountain village of Arachova, built on the south slopes of Parnassus, well known for its attractive hand-woven carpets, rugs and quilts, as well as for its wine and cheese.
DAY 4
Today travel to Corinth, Mycenae and Epidaurus and start your tour with a trip towards the Corinth Canal in the Peloponese region where you have the first stop. Visit the Epidaurus Theatre, famous for its perfect acoustics, where great classical works are still performed here to this day. After lunch we go towards Mycenae, to visit the prehistoric Acropolis with its Lions Gate and the Agamemnon's Tomb. Visit the Mycenae's Museum before returning to Athens.
DAY 5
Turkey! Your day begins with a flight to Istanbul. In its long history, Istanbul served as the capital city of the Roman Empire, the East Roman Empire, the Latin Empire and the Ottoman Empire. The historic areas of Istanbul were added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1985. Your evening will be accompanied by a traditional Turkish show with performances of folk dancers and belly dancers, with Turkish music bands, and singers. Your themed hotel features four floors each are representing a different period of Istanbul's history. Each floor of the hotel carries a name of the city as it was known at different times throughout the ages. Floors and rooms were designed to reflect the culture and art of their named civilization while providing all modern amenities expected of a fine hotel. Istanbul is the world's 3rd largest city and Turkey's cultural and financial center. It is located on the Bosphorus Strait and encompasses the natural harbor known as the Golden Horn. It extends both on the European and on the Asian side of the Bosphorus, and is therefore the only metropolis in the world which is situated on two continents.

Enjoy a guided full day tour of Istanbul, visit the St. Sophia Church, the pride and glory of the Byzantine architecture, the Blue Mosque, famous for its blue tiles, the Byzantine Hippodrome, where once chariot races were held. Also visit the Grand Bazaar, world's largest covered bazaar with 4000 shops. Later tour the Topkapi Palace, the famous residence of the Sultans.
DAY 7
This morning fly to Goreme. Goreme, located among the "fairy chimney" rock formations, is a town in Cappadocia, a historical region of Turkey. The Goreme National Park was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1985. The formations were created after three volcanoes erupted around 30 million years ago. The area is also known for the spectacular homes that had been carved in the rock. Enjoy a full day tour in a group setting in Cappadocia. Drive to Devrent valley and then to Pasabagi valley, to see the amazing fairy chimneys of Cappadocia. From here you will be driven to Avanos, the famous pottery town, to have lunch. After lunch depart from Avanos to see the beautiful examples of Byzantine art in the churches of Goreme Open Air Museum. Then be driven to Uchisar castle, the highest point of the region, where we have a fabulous panoramic view over Cappadocia, finally a visit to the Pidgeon valley. The tour starts and ends in your hotel. Enjoy dinner at leisure (not included in tour price). Enjoy a full day tour in Capadoccia and visit the Ortahisar a natural citadel carved in rocks. Visit the Subterrenean City of Kaymakli or Derinkuyu, established in the 7th century by Christians fleeing persecution, in which you are able to descend several floor levels. From here continue your journey to the Cavusin Valley to see the troglodyte dwellings where people lived until mid 20th century
DAY 9
An early morning transfer by plane will have you back in Istanbul. Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure. You may want to buy that last minute souvenir and be sure to take the time to savor your last piece of Turkish Baklava and tea.
